I visited part worn tyre warehouse at Camden house business centre.

I waited a long time on a very hot day and they came out with ice lollies for everyone which was really considerate.

I had called to book beforehand to make sure they had tyres for my car.
When I arrived they were very busy and said they were understaffed that day.

I almost drove away when I saw the gentleman in front of me having some issues with his warning lights and the way they responded to him in dealing with it was very unprofessional.

The fitting of 4 tyres seemed unprofessional, they said they put my wheels back on the wrong sides but it should be ok. At one point they told me they didn't have 2 sets of 2 matching tyres and would I be ok with 3 odd tyres. I wasn't happy with that at all as I had called beforehand to check. They suddenly found the matching tyre.

I was charged a little more than I had been quoted on the phone. But by then it be was a hot day and a bad experience so I just wanted to pay and leave.

I didnt even get a few miles down the road and a tyre was going down rapidly. It had a huge nail right in the very edge so had to go for a puncture repair. The company doing the repair said if they had tried to give me an odd tyre they probably knew it had a nail in when they put it on. Maybe, maybe not. But my whole experience here was not ideal and I would not return.
