I must say the service was first rate, we was in need of some help and Andy did a marvellous job and got our machines working after our email servers crashed. Our team has found Abobey’s approach to problem solving and advice to be very ‘user-friendly’ as they are able to explain issues in lay-mans terms.

Abobey has been extremely responsive when it comes to ad-hoc issues and queries, and always respectful of staff priorities by working on their PCs at a time that is convenient to them. Furthermore, the network and back-up system that Abobey installed has ensured our critical (and confidential) information remains safe, should any of our individual PCs develop a fault.

Previously we have been reluctant to employ the services of an IT support consultant as we simply couldn’t justify the costs or the complicated contracts usually imposed, however, Abobey’s price and flexibility mean that we have been able to tailor their skills to our needs.
