Excellent service from Chris Boote as always. Quick response to any issued raised with a pro active can do attitude to whatever is thrown his way. He offers advice and guidance if a something is unclear and keeps the lines of communication open to ensure we understand exactly what is going on. I work for Anthesis in Congleton and recently encountered a OneDrive sync issue while reorganising thousands of files and folders. Despite having a hectic day, Chris from ADM addressed my ticket late in the afternoon and stayed logged on well beyond normal working hours to resolve the problem. What started as a stressful day, thinking I had lost thousands of files, was made much easier thanks to Chris's calm and friendly approach. After realising my One Drive shortcuts were broken, he backed up all the files to ensure nothing was lost, set up One Drive again, and synchronised all my folder. ADM helped us migrate from an on prem exchange to O365. Problem was the exchange was almost dead, the team at ADM worked some kind of miracle and successfully moved us over.
