Not sure who Lucy Davies is, but think she must have gone to a different place! I have been going to Adroit for some 'me time' since our daughter was 6 months old (she was 23 in April!) and I have received nothing but a professional, expert, warm and friendly service. In the early days it was mainly the gym, but Sharon and Rosie have also sorted my tennis elbow and my lower back problem through great massages. And now with Rosie's recent qualifications, I enjoy excellent foot treatments and manicures as a treat for special occasions! I thoroughly recommend Adroit to anyone who wants a more personal and professional touch.

I was made aware of the review placed 8 months ago by Lucy Davies. My visit was earlier than hers. I have to agree with her. I spent a lot of money there, but almost every appt. was delayed; took longer than necessary because of interruptions usually by children of the owner. I was sent away with wet nail polish so it smudged. The interior is shabby & the atmosphere depressing. I had to find somewhere else & there are several options in Bromyard.

Absolutely brilliant pedicure by Rosie for the first time usually see Sharon but she was busy. Certainly will go again and see her or Sharon. Such a lovely atmosphere and friendliness. They provide all services but I opted for a pedicure.

I never leave reviews but this place is so bad.
I had 2 vouchers of £50 each given to me as a present. I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment to find the nail technician had just started a manicure on another client. At no point did she explain that my appointment would be delayed or give me any indication of how long I’d have to wait. I wasn’t offered a drink or anything to read. No one spoke to me or engaged with me at all. I just sat on a grubby sofa in a dingy corner waiting. I was offered a really poor selection of colours to look through for my pedicure. After 30 mins I asked how much longer it was going to take as I had other commitments in the day and I was told it would I take an over and hour for the pedicure so I had to leave. The whole experience was stressful and upsetting.

I later called and asked if the vouchers could be refunded. No one called me back to discuss this. I called again and was told abruptly “Marks & Spencer wouldn’t give you cash for a voucher and that’s our policy too” and “we have lost out and been inconvenienced by you”. I really can’t understand that argument - You are not a multinational business, you’re a small local business that’s had £100 and provided absolutely nothing other than a disgraceful service in return. Also - I wasn’t asking for “cash” I was requesting a refund! You need to listen to your customers!

The decor is also seriously lacking. The place is dim and grubby. There are so many nice places that offer these services - it’s not hard to find somewhere else that gives a decent client experience - this place doesn’t even give you 1/2 decent. It’s awful! If in doubt - Don’t go!!

I have been a client at Adroit for a long time, it is always a pleasure to go there, the massages are excellent whether given by Sharon or Rosie. Other beauty treatments too are highly recommended. Using the gymn equipment is like having your own personal trainer. They offer a very good service

Excellent, friendly and personalised service! Very knowledgeable, nothing was skimped and my feet and back were 100% better after my treatment. Priving very reasonable. My stepson and I are both booked in for future treatment. I can highly recommend!
