Great Service, used Alchemy for 5+ years, we didn't have budget for an in-house IT expert but found Nathan and his team. They take care of all of our IT support needs as well as supplying us with Office 365, highly recommended, they won't let you down.

We've been with Alchemy for what must be over 10 years now, they host all our websites (4 of them) and did all the initial design and setup using WordPress. I love the way we can easily update the information on them via a simple web browser, and if we need some support, there's always someone on the end of the phone without the industry norm. long queue !
We've got to know some of the support staff and know who to ask for. Prompt, friendly service and sometimes out of hours too - even the directors are very approachable. (Don't tell Nathan !)

Ryan Gregory built our new company website in just a few weeks. Not only has he done the most amazing job in the little time he had (we are really over the moon with it), but he has also been fantastic at answering any questions instantly, making amendments straight away and following up with multiple phone calls to ensure that we are 100% satisfied with his work.
