I had a good experience couple of years ago, but sadly not anymore. Not had any work from Amour since December 2024. Made contact several times through email, phone calls and texts, but no reply. When you do get a response it's " if I hear of anything I'll let you know ", a standard response from recruiters which amounts to nothing. Nice enough people , but that doesn't get you work.

One of the best agencies I've worked for.
Always kept me in work wages where always on time and never wrong which is rare cause majority of agencies wanna rip you off. Also staff always friendly and polite especially the two lovely ladies I spoke kia and Dawn where amazing.

If I could give 0 stars I would
Lots of talk from them sending you for induction where the job is not available as the company are not sure when they will need people then they call you tell you that you will be going to work next day but they will call you in the morning to make sure but they end up ignoring you called the office wanted to speak do Dawn they said she will give you call back not heard anything for few days not even single reply to my email

Staff are really nice! But unfortunately not great at the job itself, I booked holiday 3 weeks in advance and they didn't pay me or tell my manager so I was fired 🤣🤣 took me 6 hours to get an answer out of them, when I asked if my manager was informed I got "I don't know" and that was the person who was supposed to tell them, so I dunno what happened, Shame the people are really nice but unfortunately put me back in the same position I started in pahaha

Would recommend the agency to people but will also recommend they try and do everything for themselves so they don't end up in my position xoxo
