I would give negative stars if I could. This company is unprofessional. I applied to a job and was told they were doing interviews last week. This week I received email that they tried contacting me but didn't reach me. I checked my recent calls and nothing was there. I even replied to the email and the recruiter didn't respond. So I called the number they gave me in the email. When I called I said that I was trying to reach the recruiter about a job I applied to and the woman on the phone kept saying "Hello" and hung up on me. Today I received an email that they contacted me multiple times and unfortunately will not be moving forward with my job application. You don't have to lie, just say you're racist and don't want to hire people like myself! Be proud of that! Don't be the type to complain about people being on welfare but not want to employ someone over a skin color, name or hair texture! This company is disgusting and the work environment is obviously not worth $12 per hour

I've spent two years attempting to figure out the logic in CampusVue/CampusNexus. We have two campuses that use CampusVue and four that do not. If I can figure out how to smoothly transition away from this software, I will. The software is no doubt powerful. Unfortunately, you will likely need someone with more database experience than you can afford if you wish to take advantage of that power. I am very comfortable functioning within a database environment but still can't figure this one out. I feel like I don't own the data and don't truly have access to the data. I'd also love to be able to pick up the phone and receive help. I submitted an urgent trouble ticket and haven't received any communication from them in hours. I've never been able to just get an answer to a question. Questions take days to answer and our business can't operate like that. If you're looking, I'd advise looking somewhere else.

I can attest to the poor quality in the software this company provides. I'm a Software Developer who has worked extensively for the past 4 years with this company's software. It is a real mess. You have to get into the nuts and bolts to make this thing do what you want. They provide a SOAP api that is designed pretty badly and also requires that you have DB access in order to facilitate using the API at all. Kind of defeats the purpose if you ask me. Save yourself the headache, otherwise you will be "locked in" for decades, this is the only reason these guys are still in business.
