I've been using Appointedd for a couple of years now for my reflexology business. It has saved me hundreds of hours of admin time, and I got my first online booking at 3am from a heavily pregnant lady wanting some help with preparing for birth, so I knew straight away that it would be a good investment. Any issues I've had have been sorted quickly at any hour of the day. It's nice to be supporting a local business too. Keep up the good work Appointedd!

My business relies heavily on appointments and Appointedd has made it easy for me to have a great software where people can book with me without even having a website. I love the stand alone site that Appointedd offers because it makes it very convenient when you get started. I love that it syncs with my icalendar. I love the follow up and reminder functionality and the app feature is super convenient. I always me to add breaks and booking with ease. I highly recommend it.

I found Appointedd.com when I was searching for an online booking service to host the Streaming of my dance classes during lock down. The staff were incredible and very very patient. This was unknown space for me and they supported me and all of my questions. I was so impressed that I decided to continue with Appointedd.com when I returned to face to face classes and now the online booking is part of the booking process.

The online booking platform is easy to use and set up but the biggest motivator to stay with Appointedd.com was in fact the staff. They always answer any question I have via the chat within 10m minutes and in great detail.

Appointedd has covered everything I have required in running my online business, from booking appointments across my various services to payment collections. Finding the right tools to build things the way you want them can be tricky but their support team is fantastic and have helped me resolve any issues I may have in a professional and curious manner.

I use Appointedd for my bridal boutique and I highly recommend!! Easy to use and my bookings are higher than ever and I believe the ease of intergrating the Appointedd booking took into my website is the reason. Being able to create a calendar that my full staff can access remotely is perfect!

We use Appointedd with our till system and it really helps us to track booking at our busy salon from near and far. The system also has some fantastic marketing tools and we don't really make full use of these - note to self, must get better in this area.
The team at Appointedd have been great getting us up and running and helping solve the questions that we have.

Well worth a shot if you want to get a better tool for this area.

This is a good well priced booking site that works well for allowing customers to book appointments, choose staff member to book with, make multiple bookings at one time and pay online. Many aspects of this system are straightforward and easy to navigate, although others are a little tricky. The chat service is very responsive and often able to help with problems.
There are a few areas in need of development and improvement but I am assured they are working in it. I'm looking forward to the developments.
