We have been using the services of ARC UK for many years now and cant recommend them enough. They installed, maintain and support our group systems for in excess of 70 staff and I must say we never have any issues and if we do they put things right quickly. As per most businesses we rely on computer systems to operate and its good to have the peace of mind that when needed they are there and act quickly to get us back up and running.

We use Arc Systems for all our IT support and requirements. The Helpdesk are always very responsive, are great problem solvers, and the tech team are good at suggesting alternatives and other options for our organisation. When we're after an upgrade or new equipment, the technicians are very aware of our budget restraints and are up for suggesting alternative solutions. Great service all round. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. They're also sensitive to our IT limitations and don't bombard us with tech talk we have difficulty comprehending.

We have been a client of ARC's now for over 5 years. It started with them providing extra support that our IT Consultant couldnt handle and from there we have gradually moved over to full in house support and hosted services. The service is second to none and our account manager is available 24/7. ARC are honest, open and do everything to work in partnership with us. These are value that as a business we share. They continuously strive to improve our systems (of which are vastly improved from where we were 5 years ago) and work with us to ensure our systems are secure, compliant and accessible. We recommend them highly.
