It's a hidden gem gym! If you want to get serious without the fuss of many people, I recommend it. It has whatever your heart desires. I can see the owner has really put his heart into it, acquiring all sorts of equipment. It can be your place of action if you are interested in bodybuilding, callisthenics, strongman, cross-fit, losing fat and more. It was the first time in my life that I saw some gains while going to the gym. It's quiet, and the other gym goers are not noisy. Give it a try!

The gym is ideally located in the heart of Whitehaven meaning that those with busy lifestyles can combine going to the gym with traveling to or from work, on the school run or doing the grocery shop, it also benefits from free off street parking for members,
