I cannot recommend Shipra and ArorasPractice Ltd, highly enough! I had the challenging task of obtaining a regularisation compliance certificate for my loft storage space, and Shipra was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process.

Despite numerous obstacles—particularly the council’s insistence that the loft could be assumed habitable rather than storage—Shipra remained persistent, professional, and dedicated to my case. She navigated the complexities with remarkable expertise, ensuring that building control ultimately agreed with our position. They told me plans would be ready within 4 to 6 weeks but they were not ready for 8 weeks and then not submitted to the council for a further 3 weeks.

There were fundamental flaws in the draft plans - i.e. representation of current plan of property which I had to keep correcting. I had to re-check each version because other parts would then regress to a previous version.

They even got the property address wrong when submitting the application to the Council.

Submission to the Council were to the wrong process i.e. Aroras submitted full plans for Prior Approval Process, (these included changes to the exterior of the property),

Exterior alterations are not covered under the Prior Approval process - so rejected. A waste of fees which now have to be paid again for another submisssion.

Aroras made no consideration of the Bird Mitigation requirements nor of the Policy HO2 and the Design Code by Arches Chatham Neighbourhood Forum.

It seems very much that the services of Arora have been a side hustle hence there has been insufficient time for them to work on our project.(Shipra often was at another 'day job').

Aroras' services have been substandard, inattentive to detail, time, procedures and processes.

We have had messages, phone calls and emails that were ignored as well as excuses, i.e. other commitments/day job and even social commitments e.g. a one day event (Diwali) preventing progress for the most part of November.

The services of Arora lacked attention, professionalism, appropriate and relevant subject knowledge, focus and due diligence.
