Customer Support non-existent at self checkouts leaving people waiting longer than you really should. The shelves are pretty low on stock and Skelton crew on the tills at 6pm. Really feels like a disorganised store

Good variety of items of food and for the home. The ladies' toilets are a disgrace. We went in at 2 pm, and the last time they were checked was 1 pm. There was no toilet paper in my cubicle. There was a very unpleasant smell. Toilet paper on the floor. Can't believe that one cubicle can run out of toilet paper in 1 hour.

Nice shop with friendly staff. Petrol station was closed unfortunately; however it is normally a good place to stop for petrol if on a long journey as its a good price. Big store with plenty of choice.

nice place, aisles look a lot tidier now that the fridges have the nice doors on them. though we came here when the fire alarm went off and nobody knew what the alarm was for until we were told to leave our trolleys and get out - and then the alarm went off and we were told false alarm. oh well. hygiene and clothes products near the front - always get caught up looking at the clothes when i walk in then realise i’m there to do shopping. very nice layout though and the signs on the ceiling will help if you get lost.
