Didn't do research and see that I was based in a hamlet that would not allow for more than 2 houses to be built, so Dan put in for 3 which got the backs up of villagers. Then virtually got nothing done for 4 years until the govt introduced a new law that prevented building. Dan happy to take £1000s but not work with wcc, also no apology or compassion, avoid!!
