If you own an SME, listen up. Tom contacted me out of the blue. It's rare in that situation that I give anyone the time of day....as like you, I am bombarded daily by all sorts of questionable salespeople. But it was obvious that Tom was different. Tom pitched his services to me and we negotiated a deal (starting with a safe financial outlay) that made sense for us as a business that only turns over about £100kpa. He showed a willingness to listen and learn about the business as well as be adaptable in the way he worked on our behalf. He is very positive, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to make things work. We developed a way to work together effectively to increase sales via Google shopping and managed to grow our client list significantly in this time.

Tom helped me to make sense of the bewildering metrics through Google shopping by collating the important figures into a professionally presented report containing the most important numbers. He would also keep us informed and go through this in detail via frequent video messages sent by email.
