Good basic website platform ideal for Parish Councils with limited tech skills.
Great user training sessions and online videos.
Pro-active and supportive service.
New website went live within a few weeks, although don't under estimate the time and effort required to migrate old content and create new content. Best to pay more to have this done by Aubergine if you are limited on time and don't have anyone who is familiar with a basic CMS.
I can fully recommend Aubergine.

Our parish council needed to get a new compliant website and I must admit I had put this off as it all seemed too daunting and time consuming. Aubergine made the whole process simple and easy to understand. Following a video call with Mark to understand what we wanted to achieve a site map was agreed upon, they then transferred all the legal bits from our old website and I added everything else. I took the opportunity to add lots of new photographs and content. I have attended a couple of free online training sessions and it's very easy to use and looks great, we launched the website on Tuesday and have received lots of positive feedback already. Thanks to all team Aubergine with special thanks to Nathan and Dan.

We had had a website for some time and thought we were compliant. Support from the website provider was proving a problem. We took the plunge and asked Aubergine to create a fully compliant new website and got far more than we imagined. A developer with first hand experience of parish councils plus information on how to make our minutes and agendas meet accessibility requirements. Excellent and accurate timetable of progress and actions required prior to the new website becoming live and very responsive support and guidance throughout. Thoroughly recommend Aubergine and so glad we made the change so that we now have a compliant website at a cost effective price and new gov.uk emails for all councillors. Great for parish clerks too!

My two parish councils both needed their websites updating and we wanted to meet full accessibility standards. Aubergine was recommended to me and I'm so glad we signed up with them. The team have been hugely helpful right from the off. I was expecting the whole process to be a nightmare to be honest but I've been pleasantly surprised! The team are knowledgeable, kind, courteous and great communicators. They held my hand and guided me through from beginning to end and both websites look fantastic! They have a brilliant online learning centre, so if I'm not sure how to do something, I can look it up. If I can do this, anyone can! Thank you Aubergine :-).
Oct 2024 update - the website has been live for a few months now and I'm finding it so easy and stress free to update. It's made my life a lot easier!
