I ordered an item which claimed to be compatible with my car, which it wasnt, costing a further £40 for my mechanic to get the correct item. It then cost me £4 to return the item, of which this seller did not give me the £29 refund for the item. so badly out of pocket due to this incompetence. This also has a knock on effect on other online carpart sites, as i certainly will not be taking the cahnce again.
