I've used their service first time and it was a very good choice. And I'm a fussy customer. On the beginning I found the booking process very frustrating, but the lady was very patient with me and helpful so finally I managed to book a taxi. Smooth drive, on time, no problem, no fuss. Very understanding driver. I'm not very chatty at 5am and he respected that by not forcing conversation. I recommend their service and will use it again

Excellent process of onboarding from initial sales and then coordinated by Asif and executed by Bilal and Zunaira onsite as well as the Phantom team remotely.

They all managed the project professionally in order for us to maintain a smooth transition from our old disptach system to Autocab.

IT WORKS FOR EVERYONE!
It has been nearly 6 months now I moved to Autocab Dispatch System. The cloud server and the dispatch system are really very powerful and robust; system will never let you down! The system I found was very advance than I was using before. I would say you need to have adequate IT knowledge to take full advantage of this advance system. However, there is few downside such as you cannot find the proper Audit Report, Couldn't able to figure it out the exact fare meter etc. My project was handled by Helen (manager) and Mukesh (Technical Consultant). These people were very good and supportive! Thank you so much Mukesh for your immense help, setting up my whole system and sorting out all the problems with no down time! I can't thank you enough to Mukesh, you are a real gem & diamond for the company @Autocab, uk.
I look forward to see more exciting features in the coming days!
