Had a terrible experience with this garage. They advised me to replace the brake pads, even though they had been changed just the day before the MOT—clear evidence they either didn’t check properly or were trying to upsell unnecessary work.

They also carried out an interim service but failed to replace the air filter, despite this being included in the service description. To make matters worse, my car had just been valeted with brand-new floor mats, but when I got it back, it was filthy inside and out, with mud all over the interior.

Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not trust them with my car again.

Highly recommend Anand and his team as we’ve used other garages for maintenance work on our company and personal vehicles but nothing compared to the services provided by AutoTekz, the customer service from the team is incredible and the knowledge they have is by far the best in the industry. TL;DR: Booked MOT and full service, £1,448.89, 17 days, five return visits, and many taxis later (despite claiming to offer drop off and pick up service for free), my car was returned to me with no valid MOT, therefore in an ILLEGAL STATE.
They did not apologise for their actions, but did try and blame the MOT centre they outsourced to. Offered a free service, rather than any real compensation.

8th November- Car sent in for MOT and full service. 16:00 called and told the car must stay over the weekend, promised work would be done first thing Monday morning and returned to me.

11th November- Called and told work will not be done today, the parts can only be delivered the next day.

12th November- called at 17:00 and told the car is ready for collection (they advertised a free delivery/pickup service). I immediately have to return as seatbelt error light is on, they take around an hour to repair the issue and I am left to stand in the cold waiting.

14th November - Come downstairs to the front right tyre completely flat, this is a BRAND NEW tyre. Call the garage and I am told they would come later that day to pump the tyre up and take it to the garage. Never arrived.

15th November- Arrive and pump up the tyre, I am told to take the car to the garage myself, and take a taxi home. I am not told what will be done to the car, or when I can expect it back.

18th November- returned for the same issue

22nd November - 17:00 I am told the car is ready for collection, another taxi. Pick up the car, have been given MOT failure certificate, but no pass. Call Garage and check online, they HAVE NOT MOT'ED THE VEHICLE. I was given the vehicle back in an illegal state, and told he will phone me back immediately with a resolution. I received no call.

23rd November- Sent a text with no apology from the garage themselves, but blame passed onto the MOT centre. Told the car will be picked up for the 9am Monday service.

25th November- Car is picked up at 8:30am by a lovely driver. It is returned to me with an MOT pass certificate at 10am.

Had a great service from AutoTekz! I dropped my car off for a service and mentioned before hand that I wanted the front wipers replaced too which they did for me. When I've taken it to other places including dealership, it's always been missed.

When I dropped the car off, they noticed the break disks needed replacing. They compared it with another, so I could see what it should look like. They were able to source this on the same day and replace it whilst it was in for a service. Which worked out great for me!

Overall, great service and easy communication! Highly recommend them!

Just what a busy Business ordered. They collected and returned our vehicles, saving us time. Honest, quick response and quality workmanship. Just as a cherry on the top, the pricing was great. Give them a Try!
I have given them our fleet of 5 vehicles to manage, they arrange MOT and servicing and call us to book work when things are due. All our vehicles are road worthy and maintained for our staff.

Went to autoteks with a blown head gasket on my bmw 330e and decided to replace the engine. Only garage I could find who would take on my car. You can tell they care about keeping long term customers. they have been on my side through the whole process and have helped me a lot. let me store my car there for more than a month for free. really good customer service and transparency. Very legit guys. Only garage will be going to from now on 👍🏽

Sent my car in for a major service, which I had done plenty of times at another garage, got a phone call back with a potential dangerous issue with a seized brake calliper. Autotekz were super patient with me helping me understand what had happened and provided a reasonable quote to replace this. The car was fixed and delivered back the next day as promised originally. Will certainly use this place in the future and recommend it to anyone. My car now feels butter smooth and much better service than any other garage I have used. They also offer free collection and delivery.
