I was working from home yesterday and I received a call from our site team when they were locking up in the evening to say that we had experienced a power outage and one of the boxes in the server room was showing a critical error.
I emailed your helpdesk and knowing it was out of hours didn’t expect a response until the following morning.
Lewis call me later in the evening to say that he had checked everything out and it all looked fine but that if we had any problems in the morning we should let you know and you would get someone to site.
I really felt you went over and above and Lewis was so polite and helpful. It really is an outstanding service.
