Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of one of this company's employees.

I received a sales call at work for them to take over our managed IT services by a gentleman called Paul. I politely explained we have just signed into contract with another IT company so wouldn't be looking at changing for a number of years. Paul pushed this further and asked if we would like a comparison and when I told him no asked me 'why would you not?' in a pushy tone. When I addressed his pushy tone with him he got audibly aggressive, laughed at me and told me to 'grow up' before hanging up the phone.

I am in complete shock and have been left speechless by Paul's attitude.

On a positive note, our phone calls our recorded at work and my colleagues have found a lot of amusement in listening back to the phone call - thanks for the entertainment Paul!
