Was excellent in 2009 and got progressively worse and now absolutely dreadful with IWG in charge. Unprofessional business practices, unmotivated centre management, no interest on customers and keeping their business. Moved out in December and waited months for deposit to be returned. Booked a day office but WiFi wouldn’t connect so ended up going home and being late hosting a Teams meeting. New area manager seems excellent but can’t imagine she will stay long with this awful company.
