I contacted Bay Tech with a hardware issue. Matt was amazing. He got back to me almost immediately, sussed out the problem and suggested a solution that was acceptable. A new machine was needed and he was diligent and courteous and very patient while showing/guiding me through the options and gave all his attention to solving my dilemma. An excellent company/person to deal with and great that he's only round the corner from me. Brilliant service.

We recently had to renew our laptop and while looking around for someone to do it, we came across Bay Tech and we liked the reviews we saw. We contacted Matt who supplied us with a new Laptop and printer and set everything up for us, he even sorted out my wifes new phone while he was here! Matt was very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient as well. Contacted Bay Tech for help with 'remote access' to identify an issue after changing webhosts. Matt was diligent, kind and reassuring and although it wasn't a simple fix, he identified and corrected the issue. Highly recommended

Recommended by a friend. Matt didn't disappoint! He investigated my much used and very slow PC and diagnosed it as terminal. Within twenty four hours I had a new one up and running at home with everything transferred and working. Also my eternal hard drive (all my family tree and treasured photos) had become inaccessible with 'irretrievable' displaying on it. Matt thoroughly checked it and within a short time provided all the files on a new one. I'm so impressed with his knowledge and skill, also explaining the problems in an understandable way. Matt kindle responded within an hour of getting in touch to respond to a router problem.
He quickly identified that the issue was with the internet provider at their end.
He also got in touch with their tech team and arranged a site visit which he attended on our behalf.
Matt also ensured the visiting engineer upgraded our ‘working’ router for free to a higher spec as part of our existing contract.
I was kept fully informed by text and email at all times.
This is not the first time I have used Bay Tech services. Other issues resolved have included hard drive recovery and charger/battery issues.

Fully honest advice, I was given options and talked through them all with no jargon.
