Failed to deliver a single piece of content for two projects over a 12 month period. I’ve had to give up after a dozen missed deadline, and several no shows to important milestone meeting without so much as heads up or apology for skipping out meeting. I was incredible patient and understanding with some of Hugo’s issues, but in the end I’ve had to move to an agency that hasn’t dwindled down to a one man-band.

None of my £5,000 has been returned, nothing has been handed over for me to be able to finish elsewhere. An enormous waste of my precious time and money, and a huge loss for the business waiting over a year for two very simple pieces of work.

If you don’t want to throw money & valuable time down the drain go elsewhere.
