They con people off. Went in for a MOT and they failed me for the smallest thing and then charged me £40 for windscreen wipers. The person in charge of my MOT inspection came in and looked at me, from there I knew something dodgy was at place.

I eased drop into a convo and they told someone that they will pass their MOT if it was something small.

I guess they scam good people and look after their own. Will go elsewhere next time.

Mugged me off for my ac. Went to get a regas a while back and got scammed. They filled it up for 15-20 minutes sent me on my way with a leaking ac. Told my father in law and he said he experienced the same thing years ago. I guess not much has changed…

Ive sincerely refrained from doing this review however its important for businesses to understand that they arent operating effectively and charging for less than standard services.
took my car in for MOT and oil change less than a month ago, was assured parts would be ordered before i took my car in and it would be quick therefore a courtesy car wouldnt be needed.
Took it in first thing 9am and went away. still spoke to the manager who then told me over the phone that parts were still being ordered.
after sitting in the park and walking the local area for over 3 hours and no call i went in to find out what was happening and was told my car still hadnt been touched due to a shortage of mechanics.
i asked why i wasnt informed and was told that it would have been done on the day but they couldnt give me a time.
i paid for the mot fixed the advisories/ fails went back as i was promised i wouldnt pay labour fees but would still pay for parts. went back days later and my car was "serviced" and a labour fee was on my invoice and when i asked why, i was told "it just is...i dont know". i spoke to the manager and after a brief conversation i had a mechanic bring the invoice and shout "TAKE THE LABOUR OFF...i dont care f this and f that" which then my labour fee was refunded to me.
My car has been leaking windscreen wash and oil every single day since i left that garage and my car had never leaked before.
Im gutted because theres a few good reviews and i decided to drive 30 minutes away from home even though theres plenty of garages near me which i could have gone to.
i will now have to pay to get thesem leaks looked at and waste more time due to this poor delivery of service and care.
I did pay for the service for your information and I would mention something if there was someone to talk to so take accountability for your flaws and do not try to justify your failure.
YOU did not call me at any point to inform me of anything, even you dad asked you why you hadn't called me which you didn't have an answer. As a business you also need to admit your flaws and correct them you cannot justify your failure by inevertedly call me a liar. Do not do that because you've tested me enough. I would detest to have this conversation at your place of business. You have messed up my much beloved car and didnt even apologise or make it right. Money isn't an issue sir its the principle and the service you said you would provide and didnt.
