Absolutely fantastic service! The process was seamless when moving into the space and the building manager Adam is excellent. Recent refurbs to the office so a really nice space! Also full of great and friendly tenants who are all extremely helpful!

Stolen server, screens & electrical items.

After our contract had ended, a date was arranged to return and clear the office, as the contracted date clashed with a personal matter of the building manager.

When we arrived to clear the office on the Monday, BizSpace had already emptied it, throwing all my files in the bins, our computer server with all company information and accounts had gone missing, screens and electrical goods had gone too. Three years of files, accounts, drawings, and company information had been stolen by whoever cleared the office. Bizspace did nothing to try find out who was responsible and nothing was ever returned.

The 23% rent increase was tough enough to swallow but this was the cherry on top!

Not great. I had to chase to get deposit back and then the refund differed from what I had been advised I would receive.
Don't bother referring a friend -I referred another company for the £500 referral fee and never received it despite multiple chases.
After 2 years renting there do not have many good things to say about the site except they should be fined under trades description act for advertising a referral fee that they don't pay. No doubt they will respond with some witty response advising its all a misunderstanding. I'd rent elsewhere.

Sadly also not the best of experiences. I wish I could say otherwise as the center has good potential, Cheadle itself is a great location and I worked alongside some great small businesses whilst there.
I rented a space for over 2 years and had to address a catalog of issues within that time, some being repeat issues. Head office were very helpful and proactive but I feel these things should never really have needed to be taken beyond center managers.
On leaving Bizspace Cheadle I was keen to move on and leave without leaving a review. Head office resolved several of the issues by then. However I faced yet another frustration which simply felt like one too many.
Just over a hundred pounds was deducted from my deposit refund without explanation and which I had to chase for as to why. I was finally explained to that it had been taken for an automatic mail redirection service contained within the contract signed.
I had not been asked for a forwarding address to redirect anything to and, in the time I worked out of the building, I did not have mail sent there to need a redirection service for.
I was also told that I would have been able to opt out at the time of signing had I wanted to.
The clause read: "You will automatically be entered into a new mail forwarding Agreement with Your BizSpace Centre, on our standard terms prevailing at the time, for 3 months. Pricing can be obtained from Your BizSpace Centre"
Whilst I accept that I clearly signed and therefore agreed to those terms, I personally feel that the option to opt out should have been made much clearer as well as giving a clearer indication of what costs would likely be. As a new business just starting out, for which Bizspace markets itself as being supportive of, clear terms would have been appreciated.
This final issue with Bizspace, whilst concerning a small sum in the grand scheme of things, has felt unnecessary and disappointing.
