We've been with Bluepark for about 8 months now after terrible service from EKM and they have been absolutely fantastic with us. They've guided us through the full website setup as well as every little query that we've needed along the way.

The platform itself is excellent and so far I've not found a problem that they haven't been able to fix with a bit of code or minor tweak somewhere.

The main reason we came to Bluepark was their working IOSS feature, something that is vital to businesses wanting to sell into the EU. This has worked perfectly and we can now start to rebuild the damage done by our previous provider.

Ive been with this e-commerce solution business since 2012! I felt I needed to finally write a review today because they have excelled in their customer service over the years and especially recently due to new updates to the system which they have been on hand to assist with when required. All the staff know all the clients and their client's businesses and no matter how small the business is they go the extra mile to support and come up with solutions when help is required. I also love the fact they are UK based and have good communication. The owner is totally dedicated to his business and will personally step in if there is something complicated to get sorted. I feel like I can trust this company with my website needs as they are available when you need them” They keep their platforms up to date and have recently introduced new cutting edge themes all with the latest google compliance and best practice in mind. Im so pleased to be with them!

We moved over to Bluepark when our existing software was withdrawn. It was a steep learning curve finding out how to use all of its features. It has some extremely powerful features once you learn them! We like the way it presents our products on the page. Our customers have said they prefer the new web site. It allows a google shopping feed and you can also set up an ebay sales channel to send products there. No software is 100% perfect and there are aspects of Bluepark that drive me nuts. If you have multiple product images getting them to display correctly is one of them. Support is good though and there are some nice notes on how to get the best out of the software.
Full marks to Bluepark from preventing that spammer accessing their forum. Shame on Google for allowing feedback revenge.

I moved away from another very well know UK based eCommerce provider and haven't looked back since!!

Bluepark offer a free two week trial to evaluate their platform and unlike most other providers, DON'T require your credit/debit card details, so give it try and prepare to be blown away!!

Fantastic platform, support and value - would recommend 100% without hesitation!!:)

Bluepark. What can we say?

A truly superb service from start to finish. A first class platform for creating effective e-commerce websites. We have been with Bluepark for over three years now and we wouldn't be without them.

The technical support is excellent and they are always quick to answer questions and help with solutions.

The integration of Epdq payment was simple and the back end of website is far superior to others we have tried in the past.

Can't recommend Bluepark highly enough. Professional, responsive and helpful. I have been a customer for 10 years and in all that time had ONE outage (which was around 9 years ago!)
Back end is intuitive and easy to work with, integrates fairly easily with a lot of other applications.

I've recently moved from ekm to bluepark due to the punitive increase in cost from ekm when your turnover increases. I'm so glad I made this move. Overall, I'd say bluepark is a more versatile solution and I've been able to implement some improvements that weren't possible on ekm. The support is excellent with fast, clear responses coming through with any questions you ask. If you're just starting out or have growing turnover, you know that you won't be penalised for being successful with bluepark. There's a 14 day trial period too so you have nothing to lose. I hadn't quite finished getting my website ready after the 14 days and requested another week to get ready, this was implemented within 5 minutes of me requesting it. On another note, anecdotally I think my website is now faster than when I was with ekm, this all adds up to a better user experience. Great work bluepark.

I've been with this company for our website since 2008. I wouldn't change from them, I've bought more sites instead. Easy to use, no hassle and no autonomy - they're big enough to handle it but small enough to make you feel looked after as a customer. Highly recommended.
