I would avoid this company at all costs. Great communication until you make payment then you hear nothing from them. Had to chase and send 3 emails and threaten with action before I got a response. This took 6 days. 6 days to have the decency to say they had received my payment. Then for them to tell me the stock is not available to ship. They promised a refund 4 days ago now which has still not been received. Have contacted my bank and will be taking this further if need be. Do not waste your time with this supplier.

Highly recommended this company. Very professional and prompt staff; I had the pleasure of dealing with Narelle and Sam, who were exceptional in every way.
Despite a problem at our end, Bluesky went over and above to ensure everything was sorted out and that we were happy.
If you are looking for cost effective, professional packaging with experienced people who will spend time talking to you, Bluesky are definitely worth visiting.

Had issues with some PET bottles even though I had asked for advice before buying them. Sent a few back for inspection, was told they aren't suitable for our purposes (!) and it was suggested I try aluminium bottles. Ok, so I tried to order one case of the aluminium bottles & caps, but my order didn't meet the minimum value of £250, my order was only £200. So I asked if I could please have these, just this once, seeing as I had several hundred PET bottles that I had paid for and are of no use to us. Sent several emails and no reply, so called them to be told that their New Business Sales Consultant Dan Clark had said no, their system 'doesn't allow orders under £250 to be processed'! I very much doubt I was asking the impossible. Guess they just don't give a flying fig for new customers! So much for customer service. Thanks for nothing.
