I can't remember when I last encountered such prompt and expert support. Within a day Andrew from Bongo IT arrived at my office, assessed the problems that I was encountering, provided clear advice on the solutions and returned to his own office to resolve them. The EASST road safety charity contracted BongoIT to migrate our email and cloud storage to the Microsoft platform.  BongoIT stepped in at the last minute after we had a very bad experience with our last IT company.  They carried out the migration with great professionalism and efficiency, proving flexible in tailoring their service to our specific needs.  The migration went smoothly from our perspective, despite a number of challenges posed by our disparate legacy systems.  I would highly recommend them.

6 months ago a contractor who worked at my family business attempted to steal it from me. By the time we caught him out and involved the police he had stolen our domain name, google review account authority, controlled a website in my business name and was passing himself off online as the business owner. This had a devastating effect on my customer retention and the ability for prospective customers to even find my phone number.
Without the superb help i received from Justin and Andrew at Bongoit, I would not have been able to regain ownership of my businesses online presence . At every stage they were key in providing the help and support i needed. No matter how busy they were, what time of day or how little notice they received, they were there, on the phone and ready to talk my solicitors through absurdly complicated internet/legal jargon and provide expert testimony that without doubt was the deciding factor and turned the tide.
5 stars is not enough .
