ignorant staff was totally ignored, shop is old and needs shutting. Staff couldn't be less helpful and rude they need to cheer up, the paying customer is paying their wages. Never again....

Boots staff mostly helpful . Stock most of what you might need . Only down side is two of the pharmacist are bit rude and think they know it all and I'm on a lot of medicine most of the time it's given to me in a plain white boxes with a small sticker on it hard to read. resulted in me taking the wrong medication at the wrong time and double of one dose . Very dangerous practice . Also seen unfortunately staff telling off loudly other members of staff on the shop floor the correct procedure is in private out the back not rudely, impatient, loud enough for everyone to hear!!!

Boots failed to deliver despite ordering 30 hours in advance. Avoid Boots and head to Topside Pharmacy in Chippy for first class patient focused care.. Excuse given by Boots Chippy,
AAH Pharmaceuticals and Phoenix Pharmaceuticals don’t deliver when it’s hot! It was 22oc. Faroz from Topside Pharmacy, Chipping Norton stepped up and fulfilled my prescription, no wonder Topside Pharmacy have won awards for customer service. Boots, AAH & Phoenix could learn a trick or two from Faroz and his customer focused approach to serving the community. Shame on you Boots. Never again. Avoid Boots and head over to Topside for first class patient focused care.

This is only a small shop of Boots but they have a good range of items. The staff are very polite and friendly. I do enjoy shopping at this branch of Boots.

Always friendly and happy to help... if you are a regular customer for example you get regular prescriptions from there ... they get to know you and often can greet you by your name...
