I was looking for a new Web Guy So I posted on LinkedIn And I got 120 web guys contacted me And one of them was Rob. Brainiac Media
Seem quite genuine at first So I said to him, I needed to change My web hosting And needed some help with SEO optimisation He said yes, I can get you page one in google for your keyword Personal trainer in London That he Neve did So I paid him £657 April 14 2023 And as soon as he took over there was 3 critical errors on the website When you click so many pages and I couldn’t Update the homepage or save it and all pages was not in right order after he took over hosting of my web site.so spent hours getting that fix my self I asked him to put a map on the site, which he did do Helped improve Ranking and use rank math rank math for better SEO Error Still kept showing Show up All the time He never corrected It in over a year I tried calling him many times and text him Once he said he was ill And never got back to me. after that. Then the next excuse was I’m having a baby. When you run a business, Your customers come first He wanted to work on google broken links But didn’t want to fix 3 things that was wrong with the website? This really annoyed me Especially wasn’t Returning text or calls that that Always going onto answerphone I tried calling number on his website and the phone number doesn’t work at top of his website it I use the chat the other day And they kept trying to keep me to stay with

I said no, I need to leave your Web hosting is causing the issue to my website He he Denied it completely Now I’ve moved over There is no issues on my website This makes me feel really angry that I trusted this rob. Brainiac Media
in this company And I may have lost huge amounts of pt business Through people clicking on the website Saying critical error So I’m going to take legal advice About this matter He did say to me in conversation that he had problems With Diss satisfied Customers before but Because we were both self-employed and in business try give him a chance But obviously, after having a fault on my website, for over a year Any other Web Guy would’ve said Scott, I’ll fix it straight away for you I don’t want you losing any revenue or customers I’ve been online for over 25 years Rob is not the first Web Guy that I’ve worked with And I’ve learned a lot along the way about web site What needs to be done for optimisation? But I went to Rob for the technical stuff I don’t know. But how could he? Not even fix an error which was caused by his server I think Web Guy Many think their customers are stupid And ignorant To how? SEO and websites work But I’m not I He said in the live chat that I had three other people Looking after my website And this is why the error was coming up On the homepage and so many clicks This was a complete lie, and I told him this in the live chat He carried on blaming me And I just asked for all my stuff back So I could go with New Company He did do this after multiple messages Unbelievable He still wanted to keep me as a customer Even though he ruined my website And maybe ruined my pt business For a year of him not fixing something They had nothing to do with the website. It was to do with the server. Hosting and the reason why I know this It’s because all the errors have completely gone I can get on the homepage And edit and update And I’ve clicked over 100 times and there’s no critical error message coming up So I’m very disappointed in this horrible company Brainiac Media
That didn’t return calls Or even emails And kept making excuses, I’m ill I’m having a baby When there was other people working for the company that could of done for me If you look at the website that he uses It’s a template It’s not his own design You can find exactly the same design If you google the name Of it So it’s up to you whether you want to work with a Brainiac Media like this, but I definitely wouldn’t again Such a shame it started off so good But full of empty promises And making my website not work properly for over a year with bad web hosting From Scott Bryant
