We liked the program... but when it came time to cancel service suddenly the website was giving errors and not downgrading the plan. I tried support that ended up being a bot and after going around multiple times... now I am giving my feedback. Get rid of the bot that doesn't work and answer your own tickets.

I decided to use brightlocal for their citation builder tool, which seemed like a really great and useful service, but my experience with them was horrible.

I run a business that operates in a service area that is different from my official business address. Brightlocal assures you this is no problem.

So I pay $200 for all their citations only to find they put the wrong address on all of their listings. Then their customer service tells me I can either update the listings myself or pay another $200 to have the listings modified.

Their citation builder seemed like such a valuable resource at first but turned out to be a total scam and rip off.
