Attempts to deceive and rob customers.

Today at lunchtime, I went into this LycaMobile Britain Tech Ltd. to change the charging port on my iPhone. The man standing behind the counter wanted to charge me 25 pounds for this work. But I didn't agree to this offer right away as the price was suspicious. I left the store and went to a neighboring store that specializes in phone repairs. I was explained, they wanted to deceive me and steal money, because for 25 pounds you can only clean the charging port, but not change it. Changing the charging port costs approximately 45 pounds. And they also explained that cleaning the charging port costs only 15 pounds. I agreed to this offer. They cleaned my phone for 15 pounds and the iPhone works like new again.

Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment has been very disappointing. I bought an iPhone through Back Market, and when the camera started to fail, I sent it in for repair, trusting that everything would be resolved smoothly.

After several days, I was notified that my iPhone was ready and that the camera had been replaced. However, when I picked it up and checked it, I realized that the camera was still the same. They hadn't done anything! It's incredible the lack of seriousness and professionalism.

They assured me that the repair had been done, but clearly, it wasn't. As a customer, I feel deceived and frustrated. I do not recommend this place for any kind of device repair. Trust is fundamental, and in this case, they have completely destroyed it.

I hope my experience serves as a warning to others and that the establishment takes steps to improve their service and be honest with their customers. This should not happen again!

I bought an iPhone 13 pro max through backmarket and they sent it to me with 84% battery. Furthermore, I ordered it excellently and they sent it very well. They haven't changed my battery. They have simply kept my phone and have not given me the option to repair it. I imagine it's cheaper for them to put in a battery and sell it again. I do not recommend this seller.

AVOID THIS SHOP. Took my laptop to them to have the screen fixed, they fitted a screen that was too big and tried to force the new screen in then breaking the frame of the screen with the force. I had to go to another shop who then informed me that this shop kept pieces of my laptop.

AGAIN, AVOID THIS SHOP. They will break your belongings. One star is even too much.

This service is the worst ever. I gave them my phone to change the glass screen as was cracked. They took my phone repair it and return me back. After that I noticed they broke my headphones port , was completely not working so I came to them back to fix it. They hold my phone for few days telling me the phone will be ready in 2h , than next day. Finally the owner of the shop said my phone is not repairable and they cannot even turned on.
When I went there with my partner to get the refund , the owner said no refund , he was so nervous and unprofessional. He was offered only different phone much cheaper and was trying to tell me the phone is much better than mine which they broken. I lost my phone, my data and my time with that rubbish service. Terrible and not acceptable.

DO NOT SHOP WITH BACKMARKET , OR THIS TECH SHOP ! They are frauds ! Give me a fake phone that doesn’t work, steal my money ! Block me on twitter and delete my backmarket account when I complain! I have all the proof if anyone wants , or search them on twitter. Bunch of thrives !

I took my Samsung galaxy s9 for them to change the battery but instead he gave me a rubbish battery. The phone will be fully charged and after a few seconds, it will say low battery. The phone won't turn on after that. I took it to him a few days ago to change the battery again but this time around the phone is not charging. What a rubbish service they provide. Please be vigilant and don't take your phone there.

The owner Tahir and his right hand man the phone repairer are total liars and criminals. After months of taking money from me and my family for bogus phone repairs both were caught red handed actually tampering with the mobiles for repair and creating issues with the phone and charging money. This was discovered after they told me the same as always that a part had to be changed that they had fixed before. I took the mobile without allowing them to repair it and gave it to another repair shop who showed me in front of my eyes that Tahir and his conman repairer were cheating me. They also were abusive to my father after they charged him for a false transaction. Avoid these thieves at all cost. I have now found a number of people who have also suffered at these criminals hands. Action should be taken against these sad thieves.
