We have been using Britannic for more than 12 years and, although our demands are generally not heavy, there have been occasions where they have had to react quickly and with innovative solutions. I have not found them wanting and know that , if I raise an issue with them, it will be successfully resolved. We are looking towards the future and VOIP and are confident that Britannic will be able to adjust from the era of ISDN and Broad Band. They normally liaise well with our Supplier, BT.

We've been working with Britannic for several years and have always received excellent service. They have helped us whenever we needed it, and they have resolved issues within the timeframes we specified. Britannic offered us a solution, particularly during the pandemic years, and assisted us in converting and migrated our entire office phone system to VoIP 8x8 work. Britannic always tries to keep us informed of any issues that arise, as well as any new changes to 8x8 work, which helps us inform our office staff. Britannic always gets back to us if we need anything. We were extremely pleased with the services and would recommend them to our global offices.
