I had what I believe is called black screen error. It turned out that the hard drive had failed. The chap at Bungay Computers managed to recover all my documents from the old drive and transferred them to a new one that he put in. He also retrieved all my e-mails so that my laptop was essentially back to how it had been before the crash, and all this in just over an hour, on a Saturday. I couldn’t have hoped for more.

Helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to replace a laptop keyboard when I had been told elsewhere that I would need to replace the whole palm rest (at greater cost). Then when I picked it up, I was charged even less than I had been quoted due to the work having been completed more quickly. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price.
