My first time to use Callidus, I am very impressed!!
It was brilliant to of contacted them on the phone.
The lady on the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to assist me in what I needed, and sorted all my questions.
From there, I was confident to order what I needed online.

The delivery timing and correspondence was excellent!

Brilliant customer service. They allowed me to quickly and easily change an item in my order after I had placed it and order arrived quicker than I expected. There was also a problem with solar panel frame being dented by rough handling by the courier but Callidus again were very quick to sort out even though it wasn't even their fault. Very helpful and knowledgeable technical help desk too. Can't recommend enough.

I regularly use Callidus Trading. Prices are always competitive and customer service is excellent. I did have a delivery issue with their shipping provider, but as soon as I reported it, it was sorted out and the item was dispatched next day A.M. delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Purchased the Victron 185w solar kit for a motor-home. Everything needed in the kit that is required for the installation. Very pleased with the quality of the materials and it all works. A company I had never heard of so a bit of research proved they were legit. Ordered 4 Victron batteries, brilliant price. Received a phone call to ask if delivery day was ok. Arrived on a half pallet. Well secured. Good voltages when unpacked. Happy Customer. Cheers! 😁 👍
