they're usually pretty quick to get your order ready but there's simply not enough stock. Was much better in kingstown. everything available for next day delivery but nothing ever seems to be in stock. Wesbite and App displays in stock items terribly. Also the old woman behind the counter must be one of the worst customer advisors ive ever spoke to

The guy working on Thursday 10th October (7.45 PM) was so unhelpful, not even checking the system and advising me “Amazon” or “Ebay” with total nonchalance. Customer relations it’s really bad in here, needs serious improving.

I like Argos I all ways have but not quite sure why it even moved in to Sainsburys because I think It was brilliant where it was but anyway. The staff are awsome as when I got the shredder and I when to put it into my bag the man behind the till helped as it was big and awkward. But it's just become too small I think now I think It should of stayed in town I think.

Called into Argos to purchase a £300 shark air flex as a present, but because there are several I asked if I could return it if it was the wrong one. I was told if it was unopened I could return it. I asked if it had a picture of the product on the box and was told no it came in a brown box. I said how can I give a present in a brown box and expect the receiving person to make a judgement on if they like the present without knowing what it was. The assistant said it was company policy and said try curry’s, they possibly sell them in a box with a picture on. Now I work in retail and if a member of staff sent a customer to a competitor to spend £300 I wouldn’t be happy. Sorry to say they lost out on a £300 sale.

Collected a bed frame and mattress here. Only one person serving (who was very nice) and everyone else was just hiding behind the back. The lady that brought out the mattress was just dragging it along the floor and the bed frame was just handed to us with no offer of help to get it out to the car. There were at least five people working just at the argos with nobody else waiting for help. It wouldn't have taken someone two minutes to offer some help but it was obvious they just really couldn't be bothered to do anything.

Was served by what I can only describe as a very rude gentleman (?) On leaving I asked a young lady if it were possible to speak to a manager. Unfortunately he was the manager.
Argos is this the best you can do?
Shame because most of the staff here are really friendly and helpful

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had , after spending £869 on a DJI drone , I opened it up to find a defect on the casing and also on the remote , I purchased from Argos because of the returns policy as I was not happy with this purchase the lady who served me was very unhelpful and , processed to do more damage to the drone as she obviously had no idea how to handle this , all I wanted was a refund , but she said as it had been flown ( which it clearly had not ) she said I would need to contact DJI for a replacement, passing the responsibility onto the manufacturer , so I would not recommend this Argos distribution at all , very poor customer service 👎

Argos want to go on line I would like to talk to a person after being put through by automated answering machine phone rang out a couple of times then promptly hung up I phoned more than once Shocking way to treat customers also will not let me post this complaint with no stars
