Extreme lack of professionalism. I received an email and call from a recruiter expressing interest in sharing available opportunities. They had mentioned that another senior recruiter would reach out to share additional information and next steps. A week later, no response, so I called Carrington West and they assured me again that someone would reach out the next day. No response again. I reached out one last time 4 days later, spoke with a different individual who explicitly told me that someone would reach out to me the same day. Guess what - they never did! The negligent follow through and the sheer lack customer service is appalling. Never worked with a recruiter that has such minimal ability to uphold some semblance of positive rapport.
