Craig has been the sole IT support at 2 companies I have worked, and I have known him in this role for the past 14 years. He has always been easy to speak to and happy to assist making working with him a pleasure. Since I have limited IT knowledge, Craig efficiently resolves any issues by remotely accessing our system and taking control of the computer to fix the problem. Additionally, he guides me through processes like software installations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Behind the scenes, he also manages all the IT infrastructure, servers, and email system. I could not recommend a better person for IT support!!

I canno tell you how much i appreciate the remote support service from CED Technology , whenever i encounter a problem they are able to log onto my mac, no matter where i am , and resolve the issue in no time at all. Not many computer support companies support macs, so having CED on hand is a lifesaver
