The Innovation Connect team at Portsmouth University, led by Charlotte and Emmanuel have been so supportive and helpful towards OCEA(UK)'s start up. They have made the process of starting up a new business in the UK straightforward and easy and have helped us to connect with other like-minded businesses.
Their welcome has made all the difference and I am sad to be leaving Cell Block Studios after only 15 months: we have merged with a shipyard and have new premises in Southampton and on the IoW.
What Portsmouth University is doing through this scheme ought to be commended - as should Charlotte and Emmanuel.

I used CBS as a virtual office for a couple of years and it was perfect for my needs at the time, great location, really lovely space, easy to book and some events through Innovation Connect and Barclays Eagle Labs. Would recommend.

I feel very lucky to have found the perfect space to work. Cell Block Studios not too big, not too small, a personal creative workspace in remarkable surroundings; converted Grade 1 Victorian naval prison cells housed in Portsmouth historic dockyards with HMS Warrior, HMS Victory & the Mary Rose as neighbours, it really is a distinct and extra special place ☆
