Cintra support is very good at solving issues within their control, are quick at responding and always happy to help. Where further development is required from the technical teams, this can take a lot longer. The company is constantly evolving and does listen to feedback, and has become significantly better at customer service since I first started using the system. However as a customer you can experience issues without warning and it is not a perfect system. Overall the direct customer support team are very helpful and in ways the system continues to improve.
