CM System Designs have just completed the task of producing our 3rd website and online shop.
Our needs are a little unusual. The e-commerce side of the website is important to us and therefore, needs to be attractive, easy for people to navigate and easy for us to manage. However, equally important to my company, is having a website that allows us to create a lot of information pages, because the work we are involved in focuses just as much on education and support for our customers and followers.
Before embarking on the project, Sigal took the time to come and visit us in our office to find out about our work and to discuss exactly what we needed. She was keen to understand the company and get a feel for the way we needed the new site to get our message across.
As a small company, our budget was tight for the size and kind of website we wanted, but CM System Designs were creative in the way they tackled this.
They have been endlessly patient during the process of the website being built. Sigal produced a very good Help Manual for us and also came back for a whole day of training us how to use the back office before the site went live.
They seem to have the knowledge and skills to be able to talk to people about complex web-design, and programming, but also explain things in logical and easy-to-understand way for those of us for whom 'computer speak' is not our first language! Their Support service, now that the site has gone live works very well and gives me great confidence.
Capable of taking on the large and complex needs of big companies and helping small companies like ours with the same level of attention, commitment and success.
We hope to be working with CM System Designs for many years and are already thinking about embarking on a Phase 2 of the current site, to add other features.
