Our company has used Cobweb for several years but their customer service has deteriorated recently to the point that after several complaints and dreadful customer service we have been forced to move our services away from them.

Despite being unhappy and complaining, they still charged us full price to move the account, which was a final kick in the teeth.

I would not recommend them anymore 🙁
