We engaged Coda for a significant extension/conversion to our Victorian house. We were very pleased by the time and professional skill which Abel and Tom put in to ensure the work was completed to the highest standard. We really appreciated their attention to detail, their rapport with the builders and their responsiveness. They made sure we got the lovely space we’d envisaged and with which we’re now delighted. Contacted Coda based on the reviews and great pictures. However, we've been genuinely surprised by how bad the service by Abel has been. The long delays in communication, or not bothering to respond at all, not showing up for meetings and not calling to cancel. Unfortunately for that, we wouldn't recommend as a lot of time was unnecessarily wasted
