I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for years and have always had a great experience—until now. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with Ross has been extremely disappointing. He came across as rude and dismissive, constantly cutting me off and refusing to listen to my concerns. It’s sad to see someone in a position of responsibility abuse their authority like that.

I’ve known Craig and Collin for over 20 years and have recommended many customers to this business, but after this experience, I’ll be warning others instead. I was told via email that my leaflets couldn’t be printed until Tuesday, and when I tried to amend the order, they suddenly wanted an extra £120. It’s disheartening to see a well-established company resort to this kind of behavior to squeeze more money from loyal customers.

Picked up my magazines this morning and they are way better than I ever could have imagined! Being a wedding photographer I am particular about my colours being correct in my images and Craig has got them absolutely spot on, the quality of the finish is also really impressive. Can't recommend highly enough! 5 stars.
