A first appointment was very quickly arranged and Niles came in to produce a design of my ensuite bathroom which I was delighted with. This was passed through to Building regs and everything went through very smoothly, apart from a small hiccough which had nothing to do with Creative Design, everything to do with Building Regs. My builder knew what was required rom the beginning, and all has progressed extremely well. The communication I had from Creative Design was perfect, and everyone was so easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use this company again nor to recommend them to family and friends.

It seems all about the money with this company.
They are good at design but very poor with customer service.
It was so poor and frustrating, causing long delays, we ended up walking away from them and starting with another company before they finished delivering what we paid for. Taking 4 weeks to reply to emails and calls etc. Perhaps our project was too big and they are only good at small renovations.
We will never use them again, nor would be recommend.

Great plans, but very poor support

We were recommended to use Creative and were very happy with the final plans but felt we were given very poor support and wished were had used the guy that had done other plans for us:
* Told us we did not need planning permission but we did so wasted 4 months
* Initial plans had size of structural beams to be decided by the builder. When questioned they said this was normal. It wasn't. All 3 builders that quoted said they could not size the beams
* Very difficult to get hold of, it was only near the end of the process we found out that our guy only worked 2 days a week

I was and am not impressed I’m afraid. It was as if my ideas were not even listened to in the design phase and I pretty much re-designed it all myself. When it came to planning permission the council wanted amendments and this is where this company essentially disappeared and I’ve not heard back from them since despite multiple phone calls and emails. Appalling… what a waste of time and money as I now have to start all again at great expense elsewhere. Don’t recommend.
