I recently contacted creative individuals to discuss a new website I needed creating to enhance the brand identity of my business. Jack Smith was in charge of modifying my existing website to provide the full experience of customers visiting it. He did an amazing job, 5 months post website revamp associates and myself did a sales review and we have made double, yes you heard me, double the amount of revenue. He expressed a cool, calm and crunchy demeanour, always having a welcoming smile when discussing all the tech jargon I didn’t understand and he explained it refreshingly. Customer experience for Creative Individuals is a 10/10, I always got free brews and a good chat on top of discussing my business needs. Definitely recommended, ask for Jack Smith if you can as well.
