We commissioned Croston Home Improvements for our large extension at the rear of our house as they had previously done work for us on smaller projects, and we were also impressed with the quality of their operation when we visited their offices in Chorley.

The work involved a three-meter extension with five window bifold doors wrapping around the building for a utility room. They worked with us from start to finish keeping us fully informed about plans to planning process and when each trade was going to arrive and perform work.

We have to say that the professionalism shone through, all the trades needed for this work were excellent and the site was cleared regularly keeping everything clean and tidy.

The build was kept on track and all work was completed to a high standard, one item that impresses the most was the willingness to return to pick up any snags that were identified, you hear of so many horror stories where once payments have been made the builder disappears and you cannot get them back, Croston Home Improvements is not one of these businesses they have been more than willing to get the build correct and have gone way above expectations even down to the smallest details.

We would like to thank them for the excellent job done and would without hesitation recommend them for any building / home improvement project.

We had a new glass window pane fitted as one of our windows was cracked. They came to measure and the glass was ordered and arrived really quickly. They came again to fit into the frame. Brilliant service and good quality glass.

I am really pleased with Croston home improvements and very satisfied with the service received from them. I have had some poor experiences in the past with trades but croston home improvements are extremely professional.
I’ve just had a very lovely porch fitted by them and they have been so helpful and professional from start to finish. The sales rep Ian was very informative and talked us through all our options, visited our home and had a lengthy chat with us. After accepting his quote we were looked after by a lovely lady called Charlotte who prioritised my job and put forward the works as she knew I had little ones at home. Marie was also very helpful in arranging dates and everything was just precise and efficient. The workmanship was excellent special thanks to all the lads that came out to work at our house. I am really pleased and I will most certainly use them for my extension plan in the future very soon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to extend / have a porch done.

So Glad we choose Croston/Grosvenor at Chorley. Staff are friendly and build quality by all the fitters are perfect. Our new conservatory tiled roof is totally insulated and new windows and doors top spec, again fitted beautifully. Building is inspected throughout steps of work completed.
