Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered orange hot chocolate that didn't taste of orange at all. The server happily did everything she could to remedy this. I ended up having a white chocolate made with coconut that was divine. I only knocked a star off for the 🍊.

If like me you're an early shopper then check opening times as I've been caught out a few times. At least they stay open until the evening. Always found staff to be friendly. Luckily it was quiet today but during busy times the wait at the tills can take a while. Plenty of parking and central location.

Went in to buy a sound system and a staff member called Blazej came up to us and asked if we needed any assistance, which we did and helped us to purchase the correct items. He was very polite and recommended equivalent items if we weren't willing to wait for delivery. 10/10 Service

If this company wasn't the only option in town, I would avoid it like the plague. Unenthusiastic staff. A general attitude of moroseness and delays at the tills while checkout staff go through the process of conning people into buying product insurance and waiting then for all the admin to be completed. Lack of product knowledge and the store itself is poorly maintained. Prices are missing from key products. Information not easily accessible. Having worked for Rumbelows back in the day I was sad to see this in Currys, Hereford.

Terrible customer service, horrendous amount of time waiting to be seen by an advisor and very limited stock. I’ve been here on 4 separate occasions over the past year to purchase 4 different items and been made to wait around for completely unacceptable amount of time on each occasion and not once has the item I’ve come to buy been in stock. No apologies just a “there ya go”. That’s my last time

To say I had to walk out before I got my hair off is a understatement I wanted a iPad when a women assisted me I wanted a 2021/2022 iPad I was never bothered of what year it was as long as it was affordable for me she told me “I can’t get that one as it won’t run photoshop on” only the 2024 ones will. my family member wanted to know the insurance policy if broken she couldn’t even tell us that. shes comes back she then said to my family member “once you paid for the £599 iPad you can have it” I really didn’t want to spend that much money on a iPad but another £10 something on top so I then again suggested the one I wanted when I walked in and the response I got was in a harsh tone “ I’m a editor and i know that the one you want won’t work with photoshop” I said let’s just leave it and walked out I would just like to add I ended up buying a 2021 iPad and it works with photoshop so I’m glad I didn’t waste more money on something I could get cheaper

If I could give no stars I would. Nathan in the Hereford curry store who works on the care bar needs to be sent on training to improve his customer service. He is rude and aggressive in his manners. Deeply saddened by my experience in store. Going to lodge a formal complaint, and cancel my care and repair policy as it’s a waste of money.
Lucky for us Dyson customer service were excellent and replacement faulty part is on its way.
