My Father was unable to access his Windows 10 PC and a message 'unable to repair' came up when I tried to access it. I took the PC into this shop and after paying £19, the shop phoned me the following day to advise me of the choices I had to get the computer working again. It was necessary to have a new version of Windows 10 installed together with a new battery as the old one was 'getting low'. I also agreed to their replacing the hard drive with a new, faster one. All the repair work was carried out within 2 days. They also gave me back the old hard drive and a summary of the works carried out. The computer is now working fine and seems faster than before. The staff are friendly and helpful and give a professional and speedy service. I would thoroughly recommend this shop.

Custom IT solutions recently upgraded my PC which was running Windows 10 and was quite slow. It will now run Windows 11. I understand that Windows 10 will soon stop being supported. They discussed with me what I used the PC for and explained the benefits of various appropriate new hardware for my PC that were possible and would give me huge improvements in processing speed. My PC is now considerably faster and much more convenient to use.

They were very helpful and made the process for me easy. All my programs and screen layouts and data including photos etc have been retained on the upgrade so it is still all very familiar for me to use.

I feel that this was a much better way for me to upgrade then just buying a brand new computer and setting it all up again. I believe that I have also saved a considerable amount of money and hassle by upgrading in this way. Both Dave and Mike emphasised that if I didn't understand anything or needed help in connecting things up again, they were available to explain things which I found very useful and reassuring.

Custom IT solutions have been in business for many years now and on the previous occasions when they have done computer work for me or have helped me with enquiries, I have always found them to be very good and reliable and would recommend them without hesitation. I was having serious issues with my Lenovo laptop and took it to Custom IT Solutions for a diagnostic check. They found that the hard disk drive was failing and duly replaced it for me. The performance of my laptop is now amazing and I would like to thank them for all their help. Highly recommended.

Really helpful and friendly service from Mike at Custom IT after losing my laptop charger and needing one at very short notice. I live in Leigh on Sea and thought I'd have to drive into Southend to get a replacement, but Mike sorted the correct one for me which saved at least an hour's round trip! So if you need computer spares or just some friendly IT advice, I would highly recommend Custom IT as your local provider.

A tremendous business - knowledgable and trustworthy. We took 2 laptops to them. The issues with the first, a Lenovo, were easily rectified in front of us for no charge. The second, a HP, had a broken screen. We were not charged anything until the total cost was ascertained and run past us. Once agreed, a partial payment was made, with the balance on collection. I am delighted to have discovered this business which I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
