Deane Computers dug me out of a huge hole: a broken laptop, and a tight deadline, all on the same day! Laptop died at 7am, I took it in at 9am and by mid-morning, they had pulled all my data off the hard drive. By lunchtime I was back up-and-running. Fast, friendly, and well-priced. Thank you Deane!

I ordered a refurbished laptop from Deane via Amazon,. At first there was a hiccup with DPD losing the item, the very next day they shipped out a new unit 5* customer services

As for the item itself - at first I was dubious about ordering a refurbished item, the item description was excellent and upon arrival there wasn’t a single scratch, blemish or dent it was like brand new out of the box. Again 5* and would order again in the future

What can I say about dean computer solutions…. What an absolute life saver.

Phoned them on a Sunday out of hours, they still picked up the phone in my hour of need and met me at their office to give me a cable I needed for our mobile gaming van. And still didn’t charge me..

Not many honest people and businesses like this left. Will recommend this company to all of our contacts

I have just bought a 40" Ultra Wide Dell Monitor from the guys at Deane. The service and communications was fantastic. I had a few issues with the resolution from my Macbook Pro. But Thomas and Adam helped me through the issues and got everything working perfectly for me. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. I had a major problem with my old desk top computer and contacted Deane to see if they could help. As they thought they could help, I delivered the tower to them at 3.15pm last Tuesday, and discussed with Chris the possibility of buying a new computer. At about 5.00pm that same day I had a call from Chris to say my computer had been fixed.
I still agreed to go ahead with the purchase of a new computer and requested that all the data from my old tower be transferred to the new one.
I had a phone call on Thursday at 10.30am to say the data had all been transferred and the computers were ready for collection.
To do this in about 42 hours was fantastic service. Thank you Chris and all the team at Deane Computers.
